After discussing your case with your general practitioner, they will compile the necessary reports and medical documents. You can then send all required files to VALEROS via email.
3. Medical Evaluation and Treatment Proposal
Your medical reports will be reviewed by our medical consortium.
We then forward your documents to several selected specialist clinics and professors for evaluation.
Based on their assessments, we receive a proposed treatment plan and a preliminary cost estimate for you as the patient.
4. Offer
Once all documents have been compiled, you will receive a detailed offer from us outlining the costs of all requested services.
5. Travel and Visa Arrangements
As soon as the date for your initial appointment with one of our specialists is confirmed, we will gladly assist you with the visa application process at the German Embassy in your home country.
6. Departure to Germany
If you have booked VIP service for your transit stay at Frankfurt Airport, you will be escorted directly upon arrival to the departure gate for your domestic connecting flight.
7. Arrival in Germany
Upon arrival at your destination airport, one of our staff members will greet you and escort you directly to your hotel or clinic.
8. First Appointment with the Specialist at the Hospital
After a thorough examination, the attending specialist will discuss and establish the treatment plan and all further appointments with you.
One of our interpreters will be available to assist you during all medical consultations.

10. Stay in Germany
During your medical stay in Germany, we are happy to take care of all your needs both inside and outside the clinic.

After completing your treatment and stay in Germany, you will be transported from your hotel to the airport.
