    On behalf of the patient, we coordinate price negotiations for the necessary diagnostics, treatment, surgery, or rehabilitation.

    Although this process is time-intensive, it ensures the highest quality of care for the patient and leads to cost savings in each individual case — for the patient or their funding party.

    In cases of serious diagnoses or planned surgeries, obtaining an independent medical second opinion is often a wise decision. VALEROS supports you in making the best choice for your health by having your initial findings reviewed by highly qualified specialists. They thoroughly examine your case and present possible alternative treatment options.

    When Is a Second Medical Opinion Recommended?

    • In cases of cancer diagnoses or other serious illnesses
    • Before planned surgeries (e.g. heart, spine, joints)
    • When there is uncertainty about the diagnosis or recommended treatment
    • When considering new or less invasive treatment options

    Priority Scheduling:

    • Preferred time slots for treatments, examinations, or surgeries.
      In Germany, highly specialized physicians typically have waiting periods of several weeks for appointments. For complex diagnostics or surgeries, the wait may even extend to several months. Thanks to our longstanding relationships, we are often able to arrange appointments for our patients at very short notice.
    • Private Area in Hospitals or Rehabilitation Clinics:
      Many of the hospitals we collaborate with offer VIP lounges and/or exclusive treatment rooms accessible only to private patients. This usually means greater comfort, more peace and quiet during the hospital stay, and more attentive care on the ward. Most of our patients opt for treatment in a private single room.
    • Private Chef Service:
      In most private clinics, we are able to work with the attending physician and the patient to develop an individual, balanced nutrition plan. In public hospitals and university clinics, this service is not always standard but can often be arranged upon request.
    • 24/7 Care by Medical Professionals:
      A senior physician or specialist is available around the clock to attend to your needs.

    Security Service

    For our prominent guests who are considered particularly vulnerable due to their CV or political office, we work with our partner company to determine the risk situation and then draw up a preliminary security concept.

    The assessment of the situation includes the ad hoc or recurring analysis and evaluation of information, as well as the conclusive determination of the degree of threat. This assessment is updated regularly or as needed. Subsequently, necessary measures are determined.
